Welcome! To ensure a seamless experience, please review our policies:

Arrival

Please have clean lashes to avoid any additional charge.
We have a 10 min grace period therefore late appointments will result in rescheduling (deposits non-refundable).
Please arrive alone.

As a courtesy, all appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment either by text, email or both.
If no show your deposit will be kept.

You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service, NO refund or deposits, and or fee charges will be given for any reason on service or products. If you are unhappy with our service you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done with a complimentary 45 min express touch up, If it is at fault application or product.
Touch up must be scheduled within 3 days of initial appointment.

Any client who comes in with makeup for any service will be charged a fee.
Each eyelash extension service will be accompanied by a complimentary lash bath. The removal of make-up is not included in the complimentary service and will be subject to a $10 make-up removal fee.
Proper aftercare is vital for the health and longevity of your lash extensions. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who consistently shows signs of improper after care and lack of hygiene in regards to their lash extensions.

A fill is usually within 2-3 weeks (14 to 21 days) of your last application. In order for your appointment to be considered a fill, you must have at least 1/3 of the initial set left. As long as you get your lashes refilled within 2-3 weeks and maintain 40-50 percent of your eyelash extensions, your appointment will be treated as a refill otherwise, less than 30% of extensions remaining will result in a full set at full set price.

Albeit rare, it is possible to develop an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions, At the first instance you notice any reactions, contact me immediately (text 475-298-9890). Removals due to an allergic reaction, will not be charge.

If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension training's, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and at AngCandi Beauty, our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are coming in for a refill from another lash artist you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and charged as a new full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.
